I help transform managers of status quo to essential leaders of impact. It is NOT OK for organizations to continue to allow managers of status quo to be in positions of authority with the unclear, unorganized, inefficient, and high stress working environments they create. 

Through my experience as a leader of a large organization, I have learned how to lead people to overcome overwhelm and go from surviving to thriving by focusing on what is essential.
